cookie settings?

What should I set my cookie settings to if I want to be able to stay
automatically logged in to certain sites?

I am not logging out, but I have to login when I return. Even if I click
"remember me". My settings are currently set to "medium high".

IE Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Edit> type in

[name-of-website.extension]

(e.g., hotmail.com, mvps.org)

and Allow All Cookies.
