Converting pocket pc audio to windows media file?

Does anybody have any ideas on how to convert a pocket pc word document with
an audio recording into a windows media file? I recorded an hour long
meeting on my Ipaq and am looking to distribute to other people who missed
our conference call.

I'd like to bring the file onto my laptop and convert if possible as my Ipaq
has limited resources. If anyone has a solution or some ideas that would be
great.

I don't know a thing about Pocket PC Word, but if all else fails, play the
recording with the hardware connected as in
http://www.gmayor.com/copy_vinyl_to_CDR.htm . This will produce a standard
WAV file which can be copied to CD Audio (as described) or compressed to mp3
or wma.
