Converting existing XP Pro English to full Spanish

Is there any way to convert an english version of XP to spanish? Any
suggestions? I've tried the Regional settings and only did the date. But
the menus are still in english.

You will have to buy the Spanish version.

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
WinXP (in whatever language you want) to perform a clean installation.
