Convert XP Home to Spanish version

Later this month I am taking my desktop computer and a flat screen to Mexico
to give to an orphanage in Mazatlan. It currently has XP Home SP2
installed. Is there any way that I can change this version to a Spanish
version, which they will need to be able to use the computer. I found
retail versions for over $100, which is a lot more than I want to spend.
I'm planning on buying a Spanish keyboard for them when I get there. I have
the original CD for XP. Is there a Microsoft company program that could
help? Never hurts to ask. Suggestions appreciated. TIA, Dick

No. You will have to clean install a Spanish version.

The Mutlilingual User Interface (MUI) is available only for Volume
Licensed English versions of WinXP Pro. For any other type of WinXP
license, you cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the
OS to another, so you'd have to purchase and use the full version of
WinXP (in whatever language you want) to perform a clean installation.
