Control Panel crashes

Everytime i try to access the control panel, it crashes. I
dont have to reboot or anything, the control panel just
shut down. Oh and a message is displayed "explorer.exe has
generated an error.." or something like that. what to do?

I think you have installed Nvidias new driver detonator
52.16 remove that and go back to older version.
