control panel and freezing

everytime i open control panel 6 items appear on the screen and then it tries
to loads the rest of the panel and it just freezes! and this happens every
single time i open it! also after having the laptop on all day its general
performance starts to slow down, it takes longer time to open applications,
it freezes on applications that are open if i try to flick between the
internet and word, both crash and have to be restarted! what can i do to stop
all of this!

SUPERAntiSpywaÑe (SAS).

Do a full scan with MalwaÑeBytes' and SUPERAntiSpywaÑe.
