Control Panel Command Line Support

Maybe someone can help me...

I'm using XPE SP1, command shell and wanted to add control
panel.
Control.exe comes with added component :Control Panel
Command Line Support. But when Im trying to start it
message "Windows cannot find 'explorer.exe'..." instead of
beautiful Control Panel pops up.

Any Ideas how to fix this?...except installing explorer
shell (trying to keep footprint small)

Hardly that there is any help to this problem, you either have small image
or you have control panel and everything that comes with it.

Add component called Explorer Application, and then resolve dependencies
manually to see what you really need.

Or if you don't have to configure too many things, write your config
application that will configure display resolution, network, etc.

I kind of thought that would be the answere...will try to
add explorer app.
