I'm don't have "appearance and themes" I want to ClearType works on my
system.
The system is a XP Pro with everything on it.

Some people have their control panel organized by groups. You can use
Display, or access display by right-clicking the desktop, properties.
Not entirely sure what you want to do, though. From what I've read,
ClearType is to be used with laptops - looked blurry on my home PC
when I tried it.
