The home computer is used by two separate users, my wife and my 6 year old. I'm
trying to limit my kid's web access vs. my wife who is free to roam.
Unfortunately, when I uncheck the option for browsing unrated websites, it works
the same for all users. Am I missing something or does Content Advisor not have
the flexibility to have different settings for different users?

If it is as limited as it appears, can anyone recommend a third party program
(preferrably freeware or shareware) that handles this?

Microsoft got into enough trouble by bundling a browser and a media player
into Windows. Now you want them to bundle an internet filter? Content
Advisor is better than nothing, and it does the job until you buy a third
party application.

Which was a question I originally asked. What is a good third party app for this
function? I have no qualms with going that route if there's a good one
available.

With all due respect, that's like asking "what's a good car?" It depends on
what you're looking for. I think you need to decide what you want to filter,
and then search the internet for a program that offers the features you
need.
