Contacts in Drop-down Menu

I have several distribution lists but I can't access them because when I go
to the
"Show Names from the: " dialogue box there is no "Contacts" in the drop-down
menu...only the Global Address List. Can someone help me?--

RIght-click your Contacts folder, choose Properties, select the Outlook
Address Book tab and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book".
