Contacts Folder is in the Wrong Place

Somehow, my default contacts folder is a subfolder under my Calendar folder.
However, it will not let me move it to be on the same level as the Calendar,
Inbox, etc. folders. How can I move it back where it belongs?

What is the name of the contacts file and where should it be?

There is no "Contact file". All Outlook (contacts, appintments, mail
messages, etc.) are kept in the same file, called a Personal Folders File,
with a file type of ".pst". Although a PST is allowed to be anywhere on
your hard drive that you have permission to access, the default location for
the PST on a Windows 2000 or XP system is
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook, which is a
hidden folder. On Windows 98 (and I think on ME), the default location is
%WinDir%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
