Contact Folder in Public Folder

I created a contacts folder in public folder I added contacts and create
categories for the contacts. What I need now is when a user creates a new
email message it will use the contacts in the puclic folder and organize not
by name but by the contacts categories. How do I achived that. In the to
button only shows Name, Alias and email. I need categorie, name and email. So
i can select the contacts by its categories.

It is not possible to modify the Address Book dialog to show categories.
