constantly get "Outlook needs to close"

For some time now when I am in Outlook 2003 I am bothered by the program
shutting down. I keep getting the dialog box "Microsoft Office Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to close....."

I uninstalled Outlook and then reinstalled it. That didn't fix the problem.
I've run the scanpst program and compacted the file many times. Still have
the problem.

If I copy the pst file to my laptop it runs just fine.

I'm running XP Professional and have SP1 installed for Office 2003.

See if there are any events in the event viewer....

Delete or rename *.srs and outcmd.dat, found in C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. You can easily access
it by pasting %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook in the
Address bar of your browser or Windows Explorer.
