-----Original Message-----
For the past 2 days I am getting the following error
message (after being told that Norton Anti-Virus Program
needs to be reloaded):
"System will shut down in xx seconds. This shutdown was
intiated by NT Authority System. Windows must now restart
because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated
unexpectedly."
Any ideas as to what is going on and how to fix?
Thanks
.

Install a firewall (software like or hardware like router)
to help prevent future similar issues.
Most users will be using the 32 bit edition of WinXP Home
and Pro.
Hope this helps!
