Connection Refused with PayPal & Ebay.com

XP Home Brand New Compaq had an issue with my Network settings Could not
access anything , Now that issue is resolved however when I go to Paypal.com
& try to login I get an error - Alert Connection Refused by server & when I
try to login to My EBay page receiving same error. Uninstalled Norton
Firewall Checked my settings in IE opened Netscape Get same error, Down
loaded FireFox & can't open any pages including the home page. I ran Spybot
that found nothing Please if you respond to this send it to
(e-mail address removed)

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 443. See also
