Connecting to the web.

When I click internet eplorer it starts to connect then doesn't.So I go to
click the x in upper right corner and a window pops up saying internet
explorer not responding.Why is this happening.I have windows xp home edition
I've installed sp1 and sp2 and all the updates that windows update and
microsoft update say I need too.I also have Norton internet security for my
antivirus and antispam protection etc.Thnx for listening and your responses.

can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the
Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0,
SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link.

First eliminate any spyware.

Thank you this helped alot.I also have one more question.When I log on to my
computer this pops up on screen Arectangular box with RUNDLL in up left
corner then this message Error Loading
C:\ProgramFiles\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaEngine0400dll then below that The
specified module couldnot be found. Then ok button. How do I fix that or get
rid of it.Thanks again you've been really helpful.
