connect web

Hi, I am getting the following pop up on a continual
basis, ie interrupting whatever I'm working on, "web page
unavailable while offline - the web page you
requested is not available offline. To view this page,
click connect". The pops up immediately the pc is loading
up, or during applications, games, or whilst on the net.
Clicking on 'connect' while on the net stops it. It would
appeat that it must be on my harddrive. Any ideas how I
can find the file and delete it.? I have the sevice pack
updated recently, I also have additional spamguard and
virus programs which does not pick this up.

It is possible that you are already infected with spyware and it is too late
to apply the solutions that would have prevented them in the first place.
