connect to internet but not receive anything

i have beta spyware. two days before i was trying to
install the wall paper from website and i got the
notification from antispyware software at the right bottom
that asked me two options one is allow and another is
block.
i press block all the time in hurry and from that day i
can coneect to my internet but cant't open any site. and
in my connection it shows data sending but in receiving
data there is always "0". figure.
please anyone has the solution for this problem send me
reply.
i already unblocked all the sites which i blocked from
blocked events. but the problem is the same.
please send me reply.

If you go to Help. Click on the Search Tab. Enter the word
"Restore" and click to view "Restoring a Disabled Item
(Blocked Event)", I think you will have the answer to
resolve this problem..
