CONFIGURING OUTLOOK 2002 EMAIL INBOX

How can I configure my Outlook 2002 email Inbox so that it will show all
messages but will divide the most recent messages into groups by the date
received?

Help would be much appreciated.

Grouping like that was added in OL2003.
