Config WebDAV settings in IE? Getting blank screen..

When navigating to a folder on a server that is set up as a WebDAV folder, it
just shows a blank screen. The contents of the folder can be seen by another
computer also with IE6, but not this one. At first, I saw the contents of
the folder on the first computer several times, but then could not see it on
later visits.

This situation has occurred on several systems on our network, at first see
contents, then not.

The folder I'm trying to access on a Blackbaud.com server. Customer support
tells me it is a Microsoft issue.

I would appreciate any help you can give.

When navigating to a folder on a server that is set up as a WebDAV folder, it

That symptom is often associated with incomplete redirection.

What does View Source show? What does a packet trace show
should be seen? (Or use FiddlerTool is the application tolerates
a proxy program intervening.)
