Computer won't turn on

My computer won't turn on for some reason, the green light on the back
flashes when i set it to 230W and the green light won't flash when i set it
to a lower Watt like 150W (I'm usings a Compaq Presario S0000). You guys know
how to fix this so I can turn my computer on, answer quick lol I have a term
papper due.

Its Volts not Watts and if you are in the UK it should be set to 230v.
What happens when you push the power on button?

If you set it to 115 and plugged it in you have probably damaged the power supply or blown an internal fuse

yea volts =D, when i push on the power button it doesn't turn on. Thanks for
the site, I'll follow the steps to resolve the issue, thanks again =D
