Hello,
I'm having a problem with my Dell N250 (support expired)
laptop; it will not boot past the "windows is starting
up" screen. I'm using XP home with all the latest
service packs. I ran a complete system diag's and
everything passed. The HD led just blinks. very
consistently, about every second, forever.
Any suggestions?
