I was playing a game called "Warcraft III The frozen Throne" and while
playing, my computer suddenly shut down.

In other words..

With the small amount of information given about your issue - it is
difficult to narrow down the source of the problem and give you the
assistance you desire. If you could provide more information about your
system, that would be fantastic and perhaps provide a clue so that someone
could actually help you.

At this point - everything told to you would be an assumption based off
nothing. You did not tell us anything more than your computer shutdown
while attempting to play a specific game.

Nothing about how your computer is a Pentium II 450 with 128MB memory, 32MB
STB Velocity video card, 8GB hard disk drive and a power supply you built
yourself out of two old ones you found.

We can assume you are running some version of Windows XP
(http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/evaluation/compare.mspx), but have no
idea which one.

We aren't entirely sure if you keep the system updated with the latest
patches and how infested it might be with spyware/adware.

We have no idea if you have updated your hardware drivers (particularly
chipset and video for gaming) from the manufacturers web sites for each of
those products in your machine. Not the ones that are on the
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ site for hardware - but from the actual
manufacturer of the hardware itself.

Please - provide us with more information so it might be easier for those
volunteering their time and knowledge here to help you out of your dilemma.

Still nothing about whether or not you have the latest drivers for your
video card:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_81.98.html

Nothing about whether or not you have updated your motherboard drivers:
http://www.gigabyte-usa.com/Motherboard/Support/Driver/Driver_GA-8I865P-G.htm

No idea what Service Pack level you are..
Start --> Run --> WINVER --> OK.

No idea about your DirectX information..
Start --> Run --> DXDIAG --> OK.

Certainly no idea about the airflow around your machine - if it has
sufficient to cool the video/internal components when you increase the usage
on the video card.. Is it clean on the inside - fans not clogged with dust?

What does it say in your event log - and/or were there any errors on the
screen when it happened?
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308427

If you have gone to the support forums for the game..?
http://www.battle.net/forums/war3/board.aspx?ForumName=war3-general

Gone through their support steps to try and troubleshoot?
http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=msi0371p

Seen if you have the latest patches for said game?
http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=wWarcraft000
(As well as used the troubleshooting there?)

You need to do some of this yourself.. It is your computer and the game
*you* are trying to play. If after doing all that and exhausting everything
you know how to try and contacting those you know how to contact about the
equipment and software sitting in front of you - you still cannot get
anything accomplished - then come back and post what you have tried and all
the details you can here - but without as much detail as possible - we are
just playing a guessing game at what your problem might be.
