Computer Restarts Without Warning-HELP

My computer restarts without warning. There is no shutdown process, it just
shuts off and then reboots. I have run virus and spyware scans, including the
Microsoft Malicious Software Remover Tool and HijackThis. They have all come
up clean. I have deleted all screensavers, fonts, games, etc. that I've
downloaded to no avail. This seems to happen when I am transferring music to
an mp3 player, when I'm downloading something, or when I run a virus scan
(though not always). I am the administrator on one computer, I am not
connected to a network. I use dial-up for an internet connection.

I have no clue what is going on, everything runs normally otherwise. Please
help!

Actually, everything *doesn't* "run normally" because normal machines
don't just restart. First, set your computer to not automatically
restart on failure. Go to Control Panel and System>Advanced>Startup
and Recovery>Settings and under System Failure uncheck "Automatically
Restart". This should give you the Stop Error (Blue Screen of Death).

It could be a problem with the power supply.
