Computer reboots every 15-minutes

Greetings,
Starting this morning, my computer reboots itself every 15-minutes, or so.
Last night (last time all was well) I surfed a little, but didn't go
anywhere I hadn't been before; nothing seemed malicious.

I did a system restore to earlier in the week, thinking something might have
happened, but that didn't solve the problem.

Any ideas?
