computer keeps rebooting by itself

ok the problem is that when i'm playing a game the
computer reboots itself to prevent a serious error. after
checking the event log i found this message


error code 0000009c, parameter1 00000000, parameter 2
805366f0, parameter 3 c400c000, parameter 4 00000136

but i don't have a clue what it means

could anyone help me??

I am not a gamer, but could be heat related or over
clocking?....Good luck.

i've checked all the fans and they are turning so i don't
think it's related to a heat problem. also it's not
overclocked....but how do i check for this to make sure?

Overclocking is something you would do to get more out of
your cpu or front side buss. I wouldn't worry about this
if you did not adjust something there. What I would do
though is remove side panels of your computer and try
game again,just to make sure it is not a cooling
problem.If you don't have a fan ontop of your video card
at extreme conditions it will heat up also..Good luck.
