computer doesn't like me to upload images

When I try to upload images, after I click on the browse button to
attach an image. The computer restarts. It does this in IE, Netscape,
and on my ISP upload site.
This is the data the computer gives
me...C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini011404-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

Any ideas?

I would try to clear the temp folder; temporary Internet folder, check for spy ware and then reboot
