System error

On start-up of XP-SP1 I sometimes get the following error report:

The system has recovered from a serious error.

BCCode : 10000050 BCP1 : FFA84000 BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 :
804EF506
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0 Product : 256_1

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini052604-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Dad\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

What does this mean, and what can I do about it?
