Have set up a basically new unit -- OS and all programs install and seem
to run fine -- except norton antivirus. When a full scan is attempted,
system crashes with the following messages:
C:\DOCUME~1\Dan\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER98b0.dir00\Mini022105-07.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Dan\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER98b0.dir00\sysdata.xml

BCP4 : 806F0A60 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

This appears to be a device driver issue:

Sorry --hit send button before finished. I have tried reloading video
card drivers and makes no difference. I tried going back to nav 2003 --
I have no idea what to try next -- any suggestions would be appreciated.

What version of Norton are you encountering the problem with? Also is
Windows XP SP2 installed? Any later XP updates installed?

Hope this helps.
