XP Shutsdown Randomaly after Display this Error

Hi Everyone,

I have a computer that shuts down randomly after display this error:

From what I have been able to find on the internet there are alot of
culprits that could be the from. Bad memory, Bad Device Driver, Norton
Antivirus. This computer does not have norton. But I am just trying to get
some opinions on what I should check.

Please see if you are able to delete the contents of Temp else
How about creating a new profile giving the administrator rights..
