hasn't worked.. no one knows how to fix it. I don't have
iexplorer.exe file or a toolkit. i can search the web
with msn but not microsoft internet explorer. i am very
new at this and i want to throw this out the window
please please help me

P.S. The only internet search engine I can use is
www.alltheweb.com. When ever I try to go to
www.google.com It will say page can not be displayed. I
can go to www.yahoo.com but, when I type in my search
into the yahoo search bar and hit enter or press go. I
get the same message I can load any non internet search
site just fine.

Your question is very confusing. Firstly you should be looking for
iexplore.exe (which is the Internet Explorer program) as opposed to
explorer.exe (which is the Windows file explorer program).
Because you can search with msn indicates that you are using Internet
Explorer but that the search engines are not working correctly. Because you
cannot reach google and get the page cannot be found message indicates that
you have a worm or virus on your computer that is blocking these sites from
Internet Explorer.

First off you should consider installing anti spy and anti ad ware.Follow
the instructions for installation of Ad-aware and SpyBot at this =

Either one of these programs will correct your immediate problem, but if you
don't have virus protection already, get some!
