Hi.
I was hoping someone could help me. plsssssssssssss

last week my computer die, so I got it fixed, everything
was fine with it,
properly cos I did not have anything on it, lol only the
op system.

yesterday I had Norton 04, msn 6.1, net waiting, office xp
professional with
front page and my modem driver (v92 modem)oh and my Sony
digal camera
drivers put on. I had to remove my Norton and msn as they
were not getting
on together.

the problem is, I realized since yesterday, my computer
has re-starting on
its own, the times differ, but its between 20- 2hrs.

has anyone got any ideas what's going on?

thanks
shell
p.s my o/s is windows professional xp.

Suspect recent hardware installs. UNcheck "automatically restart"...
Control Panel|SYSTEM|ADVANCED tab|START UP AND RECOVERY

At least then you should see an error, to help begin diagnosing the problem.
