Compressed Folders

For some reason, every time I download a ZIP file, and
attempt to open it using Windows XP Compressed Folders, I
get this error:

The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted.

I found this fix on support.microsoft.com:

But it doesn't seem to fix the problem....Anyone have any
ideas?

Hi Eric,

Start/run 'regsvr32 zipfldr.dll' (without the quotes)

Then retry the zip folders.
