Completely remove and reinstall IIS 7

Is it possible to completely remove and then reinstall IIS 7 on Vista Home
Premium? If so, how would one do it? I am not talking about just going to
Turn Windows Features on and off and just disablinig it. What I would like
to do is to get it completely off my system (including Registry entries) and
then reinstall.

There is no way to reinstall IE7 on Vista. You should try running without
Add-ons and if that doesn't help, use the Advanced Tab to restore IE to default settings.
See http://enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp for instructions.

Format the HD and do a clean install of the O/S, and you're good to go then
to use IIS.
