complete system crash

I changed some file names: msi.dll, msihnd.dll, and msiexec.exe in order to
install NOrton 360; well now I can't even boot up in safe mode. My mouse
won't move. Help!!!

I think YOU are the freakin' plonk, Mark L. Ferguson. Do you think
for one tiny second that anyone is going to read thro' "Please use the
Communities guidelines when" before posting?
MS-MVP.................this shit don't give you any clout here to

Well do I remember the ruler my academy instructors. "Spare the rod ..." is
now considered a child abuse attitude in western culture generally. I doubt
the attitude is going to get much credence in China and India. It's a shame
our more unruly newsgroup members don't live there. :/
