compatibility with palm 4.1

I am trying to use my Palm pilot with Windows xp and it
said my Palm softwear 4.1 is not compatible with windows
xp. The promgram from Palm says is compatible, what must
i do to get it to work? Bert Pearson

4.1 is compatible with xp. Try removing (add/remove),
then reinstall. You know latest version is availble from
palm website--on line download.
