Compatability of powerpoint 2000 files with powerpoint 2003

Is there any compatability problems between the ppt's created in office 2000
and office 2003.
Has anyone observed any problems. We have thousands of ppt's in powerpoint
office 2000 format and we want to migrate to office 2003.

There has been a few issues reported here in this newsgroup.

One major problem....
PowerPoint opens presentations as Read-Only, won't allow editing when fonts embedded

Most of them appear to have been addressed with Service Releases/Service Packs from the microsoft.com office update
site.
