Compact Framework Designtime Help

Can anyone point me in the right direction for designer help? I am
designing some compact framework components and I need to solve a few
designer issues.

1. Image property is not serializing to the form's "Windows Form Designer
generated code" section. I think this may be related to the assembly using
the CF version of System.Drawing. See below...

2. I get a whole slug of warnings about functionality being defined in more
than one assembly. DUH! But both assemblies are necessary for the
dog-gonned thing to be installable and usable at designtime!!!!

I have more, but I will wait until I know if I have posted in the right
newsgroup. If someone could point me to a nice compact framework component
design tutorial, which features a few custom designers, that'd rock. Or
maybe even some freeware CF components with source?
