Compact Flash Card Recommendations

Greetings!
We are using an appliance-like device to deploy our XP embedded images.
These devices use compact flash cards as their sole means of "hard drive."

We've been using 512MB Sandisk Ultra II cards with great success for about
10 units.
We recently had an order for 50 units, and some of the folks I work with are
considering a cheaper alternative.

Does anyone have any feedback as to the best card to use that balances
performance, durability, and price?

Any information would be sincerely appreciated.

My advice - don't get the cheap ones.

Agreed, a cheap device could mean a device that doesn't boot XPe. There are
alternatives to SanDisk for XPe that you can find here:
