Problem with new pqi Idustrial Flash Card

We have just received new Industrial Compact Flash Card (pqi manufacturer).
The series is Standard II (S/N AC73-XXXXR04XX).

The problem is my former XP embedded SP1 that runs perfectly over a previous
Industrial Compact Flash Card (pqi manufacturer) (S/N AC47...) is not booting
anymore.

I have 2 partitions (NTFS and FAT32) in the card.
The card is recognized as a disk drive if I start from XP pro in a HDD, but
if the card is write-protected (switch integrated in the card) not even the
xp pro boots.

Should I get a new Hardware configuration?
Should I configure something in BIOS?

thanks in advance,
Ramon.

I do not get FBAlog because it does not start, so I have included /SOS in
boot.ini and now I can see the drivers list, the driver that presents
problems is classpnp.sys, the boot is stopped and fba does not run. I guess
this driver does not have the info of the new Flash Card.
