currently: right click on application: "Read" is default choice. Double click
on icon: Adobe Reader launches, and error "can't open xyz.exe"
right click on icon: select "open" and opens fine.
Reveiwed File types in Folder Options: same programs/advanced: Read is not
listed in options. Open is default. with "%1" at end.
Tried creating Read directed to corrrect application; no good.
Looked at a few Reg entries per other troubleshooting comments; all appeared
to have correct "%1" %* entries.
What happened: selected app "pinned to start menu" and changed directory to
update of same app in different folder. tried to launch: couldn't find...
Browse, I selected correct app, opened fine. After that, Adobe tries to open
everthing.
What I'm finding very strange is that the Read is the defualt on
right-click, but isn't listed in File types.
Wanted to remove Adobe (then what would happen?) but can't launch Remove
Apps and can't find Uninstaller. I also can't launch Restore System.

Any recomendations? What and where is the actual app for Restore Sys that I
could launch by right-click/Open?
