Com + packages won't start - - error

When right clicking on my Component Services Application, and choosing to
Start the application, I get the following error:
"an error occurred while processing the last operation"
"Error code 800401E4 - Invalid syntax"
"The event log may contain additional troubleshooting information" (however,
if it did, I couldn't find it)

Any ideas on how to fix this?

800401E4 seems to have something to do with LDAP problems
(http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/Logon/code/code_800401E4.htm) What Com+
application are you trying to start?
