To whom this may concern,
I recently received the new service pack update. I am currently running
windows xp professional. Since it has been installed a few of my programs are
giving me trouble. Exp: Before SP2 my ipod worked great with my computer. Now
i am getting a mesage that the ipod software was installed inccorectly. I
removed the ipod software and re-installed it and it gives me a message the
sofware that helps the ipod communicate with the computer is missing. After
re-installing the program in the computer several times it still didn't work.
I then installed the ipod on my computer at work and it work fine. All I want
to do is take the service pack out of my computer. Please tell me how
brecause i don't see it in the uninstall software options.

Sincerely,

Terrance
