Cluster Service error 1067 event id 7031 (URGENT)

Hello all,
i have one cluster with two nodes running windows 2000 advanced server.
I have to restart one of the nodes, and now i can't start the cluster
service on one node.
The network cards are correctly functioning, i follow several articles but
couldn't find any answers.
My question is, has anyone had this problem? how did you solve it?
Can i reinstall cluster service without loosing the contents of the disks?
