Cluster Server: Cluster name Takes Too Long Time To Failover

hi everyone,
I have a 2-node cluster server. Whenever the cluster
failover, resouce 'Cluster Name' used to take >2.5 min to
online. I really wish it could be much faster but I can
not find valuable information. Anybody can help? thanks a
lot
