Closing Access

Hi,
When I am closing Access, the process msaccess.exe is
still running in memory. If I start and close Access 5
times, 5 msaccess.exe is running and I cannot edit code
and forms, because someone else is using the database.
Someone else in this case is me. How do I quit Access to
get rid of this..

I had the same problem and was told (and it works) that I
had to exit the application when I wanted the user to end

Check to see that you set all objects to nothing after you are done using them. ex.:

set dbs = nothing
set rst = nothing

It's not a guarantee that this will solve the problem, but it may.
