Clock runs slowly

Dear all,
I have a 2k server running as a member server of sbs domain and syn time
when logon. However, the clock of this 2k server has some problems, for every
second it runs, it actually uses normal 4 seconds. So, users sometimes are
denied when access files.

Is it possible to fix this problem? I already set a scheduled task to syn
time with DC, but still failed.
Thanks.

So the clock is running at only a quarter of the correct rate? Is that its
only problem?

If you go into the BIOS setup when you start the computer, does it update
its clock at the correct rate? If not, then is a BIOS update available? If
that doesn't fix it, maybe it has a virus.

not while the PC is operating, only when not powered. Look for a
software/malware problem, frequently running in the NTVDM as the cause.
