Clock displayed funny...

After using a 3rd party (LClock) prg ,which worked fine, and unninstalling
it...my clock is displayed like this 0015 , which is equivalent to 00min
15h.

No pb with the hover display of date and time when I put the cursor on bar.

I want it back as it's supposed to be.
I would appreciate some help,

well, microsoft site is trully inspiring...:D

I solved the pb in 10 secs within Regional and Language Options-Control Panel
