trivial question re windows clock on taskbar

This is probably a stupid question regarding the clock. On my Xp machine at
home, when i hover the mouse over the clock on the taskbar, i get the day and
date displayed

on my laptop (which is running media edition 2002 - if that has any
bearing), when i hover my mouse over the clock, i only get the date, not the
day.

is there a setting to also display the day?

thanks!

Thank you! That worked. Actually, I had to change the setting there to
"ENGLISH- United States" to get the day to display
It was set to "English-CANADA" and there was no option to get the day!
Weird. just options to change the order of month, day etc..

I can't imagine that would be a hard feature to fix for the next version.
you know, the days are spelt the same way in Canada as the US

sigh
