Client side rules and Outlook Web Access

I had created a Client side rule in Outlook 2002 to direct incoming email
from certain contacts to a subfolder under the Inbox folder. When we
installed SBS on our server and switched to exchange our system upgraded to
Outlook 2003 and imported this rule.

I frequently use my laptop offsite to check the emails through my browser
using the Outlook Web Access SBS feature through Remote Web Workplace.

I've noticed recently that some of the emails show up on my client computer
but not on the remote Outlook Web Access. That indicates to me that client
side rule directs the emails to my client computer but not saving them in
exchange.

I think I have to create a server side rule and delete the client side rule.
Is this the solution? Does anyone know a solution to my problem and where
these emails that don't show up on my client computer are stored?

The Inbox and the destination folders must both be in the server in order
for the rule to be server-side. Where is your delivery location on the
laptop? Where is the destination folder located? Is it in a PST (Personal
Folders file)?

Brian,

It turned out that the inbox and the destination folders are on the server
and all of the messages are there. They were hiddened by Outlook cache
feature top right corner. Once I clicked the arrow the messages appeared.
